_Chez Yasmine is Philadelphia’s first international gourmet sandwich, soup, and salad truck located in the heart of Penn’s campus, close to the Wistar Institute and the Wharton Business School. Chez Yasmine offers an exciting menu, influenced by our childhoods and the culinary traditions of the US, Tunisia, France, Sweden, Spain and Venezuela, by street food around the world as well as our travels abroad. More than just a simple sandwich, a Chez Yasmine creation is made to order using fresh bread, the finest herbs and spices, the best cheeses, and the highest-quality meats, with recipes focusing on eclectic and unique international flavors as well as nostalgic favorites. Bite into the classic Vietnamese sandwich, Banh Mi, and you taste exotic Saigon. Sample a Sandwich Crudités, a Spicy Tunisian Sandwich, or a Salmon Smörgås and travel to the streets of the Latin Quarter of Paris, the souks of Tunis and Ancient Carthage, or the tiny streets of Gamla Stan (Stockholm’s Old City). Try the Swedish Berry Salad, and transport yourself to the pristine Swedish forest where berries grow wild, ready to be gathered for an impromptu snack. Have a Couscous and join a daily ritual that has carried on for centuries in North Africa. Taste our PBJ, Grilled Cheese Sandwich or soup and go back to summer days when your Grandma called you in from the outdoors to serve you your favorite lunch.
It's simple, healthy, fresh, delicious and elegant. Come and join us for a new and unique experience!
